Rachel Schremp, Vice President
Rachel Schremp is Vice President and the firm’s Senior Trial Consultant. Ms. Schremp graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL in 2001 and received her Masters of Science from Villanova University in 2004. Upon completion of her masters, Rachel worked as a professor at Santa Fe Community College, where she taught a wide range of psychology courses and worked on a large-scale behavioral oncology study conducted at the University of Pennsylvania.
In 2007, Rachel moved to New York and joined LitStrat. During the last 15 years, she has honed her formidable research and management skills and has become a true expert at voir dire and jury selection. She has conducted voir dire training sessions for senior counsel and participated in jury selections in numerous products liability, intellectual property, and major commercial cases.
She is co-author with Dr. Genevie and Mr. Cooper of “The Little Blue Book of Voir Dire and Jury Selection Skills”, “Building Challenges For Cause: Practice Pointers for Improving Your Jury Pool”, and a soon-to-be-published article entitled, “Building Positive Juror Perceptions of the Attorney-Client Relationship at Trial.”
